Capturing Kahneman's take on entrepreneurs' biases

Nobel Prize-winner Daniel Kahneman is well-known for his pathbreaking work at the intersection of economics and psychology, which has shed light on how people make decisions in a wide range of circumstances. In this blog post, executive coach Richard Hughes-Jones captures what Kahneman has to say about the cognitive biases of entrepreneurs in particular. For example, Kahneman observed that the optimism many entrepreneurs exhibit can make them influential and resilient - but that the same optimism can lead them to pay insufficient attention to their competition.
