Michael J. O’Malley is a counselor to family business. Over the last 35 years, Mike has consulted with businesses ranging from a corner bookstore to a billion dollar development firm. He is the creator of Emotional Due Diligence, a tool for assessing the risks of relationship and cultural clashes in mergers and acquisitions. Mike speaks passionately and writes extensively on issues of family business, entrepreneurship, and emotional systems.
As part of his consulting, Mike has created a series of texts that reach the emotional side of business. The world is full of business books, but there are very few resources that offer help for the emotional challenges that always–always–lie at the center of business.
